Terms of Service

Quotes

Quotes are free. We base your quote on the information you give us, such as the service, the size of the job, and the type of property. Larger or more complex jobs are quoted upfront, and we confirm the price with you before any work begins. If what we find on site is different from what was described, we will tell you and agree on any change before we continue.

Promotional offers, such as the $99 solar panel cleaning, apply to the scope stated in the offer (up to 20 panels on single-story or easily accessible roofs). Anything beyond that scope is quoted separately.

Scheduling and rescheduling

We will confirm your appointment time by text or phone. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can and we will work with you to find a new time.

Weather delays

Rain, high wind, and other unsafe conditions can make exterior cleaning unsafe or ineffective. If weather affects your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule.

Access and water

To do the work, we need safe access to the areas being cleaned, including any gates, and access to a working outdoor water spigot. Please secure pets and move vehicles or items that are in the way. If we cannot reach the work area or get water, we may need to reschedule.

Our re-clean promise

If we miss a spot, we'll come back and re-clean it free within 7 days. Contact us within 7 days of your service and we will schedule the return visit at no charge.

Limitation of liability

We take care with every property. We are not responsible for damage or defects that existed before our work, such as cracked or loose panels, worn roofing, or failing seals. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
